Send us the excursion name, preferred date, hotel name, room number and number of guests via WhatsApp or Telegram. Your adviser will check availability and send confirmation.
Return hotel transfers are included in most group excursions. The exact pickup area is listed on the tour page. Remote areas may incur an extra charge, which we will explain in advance.
Approximate times are shown on the website. Your exact pickup time depends on your hotel's location and is confirmed the evening before the trip or once the organiser's schedule is available.
Payment terms vary by programme. Most group excursions can be paid for on the day; private yachts, transfers and special programmes may require an advance payment.
Yes. On sea and activity tours, children under 5 usually travel free without a separate seat, while ages 5–12 receive a child rate. On historical tours, conditions depend on admission charges.
For sea trips, bring swimwear, a towel, a hat and sunscreen. Historical and mountain routes require comfortable shoes. Each tour page has its own packing suggestions.
If the organiser cancels due to weather or safety conditions, we will offer another date or a suitable alternative. The programme's official organiser makes the decision.
Rescheduling and cancellation depend on the programme and how early you contact us. Message your adviser as soon as possible. Separate terms apply to private services and prepaid programmes.
